And The Results are In...

Michael Vincent

ESTP
I figured as much would happen...

"They have a low tolerance for authority and commitment, and are likely to leave situations where they are expected to toe the mark, or where they must play second fiddle. Promoters understand well the maxim, "He who travels fastest, travels alone," although they are not likely to be lonely for long, since their boldness and sense of adventure tends to make them highly attractive to many other people. "

I took the test 3 times and each time same basic result the only thing that would change is whether or not I had a P or a J which does make a large difference but overall the test was basically correct. Almost to the point of “that’s me basically” once it said low tolerance for authority and is likely to leave where expected to play second fiddle. I personally hate coming in second unless I know for a fact that there was no way I could do better. And the quote they gave is very similar to the quote I always use which goes “You were born by yourself and you are going to die alone so enjoy what you have while you can because it’s not coming with you” _Michael Vincent

“Artisans are usually pretty independent. However, some do seek leadership positions. The two most likely Artisans to seek leadership are the Promoter (ESTP) and the Performer (ESFP). In fact, the book Presidential Temperament by Ray Choinierre and David Keirsey (1992) names Franklin D. Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson, Ronald Reagan, and Bill Clinton as Artisans. The Promoter is a tougher negotiator than the Performer who manages with a great deal of charm.”

As far as this is concerned I have to agree with the test but I can’t pick a side because I portray qualities of both sides but none pulling me more to either side I’m literally on both I like to be alone but I love hanging with my friends I can be very tough when I have to but I use logic to back me up and at the same time I can find sympathy with others but I never display it because it’s often mistaken as a weakness so it becomes understanding with logic
